Raw Timber Finish: 2 weeks to dispatch
Oiled and Stained Timber Finish: 3 weeks to dispatch
Freight - Australian Customers - 2-5 Days Freight
Freight - International Customers - 3-7 Days Freight

Yes, following an order confirmation, you should receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact info@javidesign.com

Javi Design Pty Ltd will not provide refund for change of mind or incorrect choice. We will however provide credit or exchange on stock items as long as products are in NEW condition in original packaging in a re-sellable condition and sent back to the Javi Design Pty Ltd within 7 days of receipt of product. No exchange or credit given for custom or made to order items. Javi Design Pty Ltd will not cover the costs of return shipping.

Most of our products are made to order items, this means that the item is specifically made according to the customers specifications based of our customised options.

Please be aware that any items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and/ or taxes applicable to your country/ or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for these additional charges that incur for customs clearance when your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, Javi Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
